Why doesn't your site work with my browser?

To keep your information safe and secure we used an SSL secure sockets layer. This means, your browser needs to be compliant with this service. We recommend using the following browsers at their latest version; Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Safari or Mozilla Firefox.

Cookies also help the usability of our website – make sure these are turned on.

Another reason could be your internet connection. If you are experiencing issues with other sites the problem is probably related to your internet connection.

Do I need to turn on cookies on my web to shop the site?

Yes, cookies help our site run smoothly for heightened user experience. It also recognises you as a returning user so your shopping bag items and wishlist will still be available on your return to the site – even if you don’t have an account. We only use cookies to help us understand usage patterns, we do not retain any personal information such as, email addresses, information from your hard drive or payment information. Our cookies are also used to help isolate problems experienced by our visitors. We do not use cookies for any other purpose.

Does your website use Pop-Up advertising?

No, A Muffin In The Oven does not participate in pop-up advertising. If you are seeing pop-up ads on your computer screen, it is most likely due to an adware program installed on your hard drive. Many of these programs are designed to install themselves with little to no warning while you browse shopping, coupon and music websites.

How do I contact Muffin about a potentially fraudulent website or email?

A Muffin in the Oven will never contact you via email to solicit your personal information, charitable donations, or other sponsorship.  We will also never sell your data to any third party.  If you feel you have received a fraudulent email, please Contact Us immediately so we can notify the authorities.

General Info & Personal Account

How do I create a personal account?

Click on Login/Register, located at the top right corner of the page. Register as a New Customer. You’ll be prompted to enter your basic contact information, so we know where to reach you. You can also create an account by signing in with your Facebook or Google accounts. (Don’t worry, we do not post anything to your Facebook account!)

Once you are done, click on ‘Create Account’, and you ‘re ready to go! Shortly after, you will receive an email in order to verify your email address; follow the steps as instructed.

How do I change the information on my account?

You can edit the information on your account at any time. Login into your account using the Login/Register button at the top right hand of the page. On My Account page, you will find sub sections on the left hand side that will allow you to ‘edit’ or ‘update’ your details.

I’ve forgotten my Login Username and/or My Password.

Don’t worry: we got your back, jack! Your username is the email address you provided when you signed up. If you’ve lost your password, simply visit the Login/Register page at the top right corner. Below the sign in box, click on ‘Lost you password?’

This will launch the reset process; simply enter your email and click Reset Password. You will receive an email shortly after, follow the steps and you’ll be sorted!

How do I unsubscribe from the newsletter?

We’re sad to see you go! If you are really sure you want to stop receiving our newsletters and special offers then follow the next steps.

Have a look at any of the newsletters we have sent you in the past and simply click the link ‘Unsubscribe’ located at the bottom of the email.

By registering for an account with us, you’ll benefit from:

Review/Track My Orders: It’s so easy and safer to review and track your orders through our system.

Track/View my Returns: In the unlikely event you don’t like one of our products or if it simply doesn’t fit right and you want to exchange it for another awesome product, then you can place returns and track them while you wait for your refund.

Organize/Save My Wishlist: Wishlist are a great way to keep an eye on your favourite products while you wait for payday to spoil yourself, friend, family members or more importantly your little. Or if you are simply not 100% percent certain about a product, you can save it in your wishlist and review it again later.

How do I delete my account?

Order Information

How can I place my order?

The easiest way to order is through this website, where you can order online anytime – 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

You can also order by telephone or by live chat, with the help of a Muffin team member. Be sure to check our Contact Us page to compare business hours to your time zone.

The ordering process is composed of 6 successive stages. Once product selection has been carried out, and the basket finalised, you simply need to:

View your cart and double check the products selected with the options of colors, sizes etc. indicated on the Muffin In The Oven site; Double check the quantities requested; Login to your accountIndicate the delivery address; also including, if applicable – building, floor, office, etc.Choose a delivery method (1 day / 3 day / regular)Select your preferred method of paymentPlace your order on our secure server.

Voila! You will receive a confirmation email stating that your order has been processed. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive another email with tracking information to the email address provided.

How do I choose my correct size for clothing?

Selected a product you love but you don’t know whether it will fit? We’ve conveniently placed a ‘Size Guide’ on each product page. You can alternatively find the Size Guide page at the footer of the website.

How do I know if a certain product is available?

The availability of a product is displayed when you select a size of the specific product you are viewing.

If the system allows you to add the product to your bag we can guarantee that the product is available!

We cannot always guarantee a product will come back into stock when products sell out fast.

Our designers are always creating new styles, but if you would like to see a product back onto our site, Contact Us and we will carefully consider your opinion.

I made a mistake. I would like to modify or cancel my order in progress. Is this possible?

No worries! It happens and we are here to help. However, our ability to help depends on the status of your order.

While we cannot guarantee we can cancel or modify your order, we do promise that if you contact us within 15 minutes of placing your order and that your email is sent during our working hours, we will do everything in our power to assist you. How do I know if my order and payment have been accepted?

After processing your secure payment for your order, you will be taken to an ‘Order Confirmation’ page. You will also receive an email with confirmation of your order.

Computer crashed halfway through payment? Yeah, we’ve all been there. How annoying right?

If you are unsure whether the payment went through, you can check your card or bank statement because payment should post immediately. If you don’t see it, that means that it did not go through. You can proceed with confidence to go ahead and resubmit payment!

Where can I find the details of my order?

You can find the details of your orders by logging into your account. Once logged in, click on the section “My Orders,” which is located on the left hand side bar. There you can find order details and invoices, and print them if you wish for your records.

Is it possible to order a product from a previous collection that is not apparently available anymore?

We are happy to try and help, but we cannot make any guarantees about stock of older products.

What do the prices shown represent?

The prices shown on our website are the total cost of the product. If you are in the USA, sales tax will be added on top of this unit price at Checkout. If you are in the EU, the VAT / IVA has already been added into the product Price.

Shipping is also not included in the price on the product page.

How do I know if ordering online is secure?

We take your privacy and payment details seriously. Our site uses a protected mode of payment SSL (Secure Socket Layer) which allows the encoding of your banking coordinates during their transmission online and we use world leading payment gateways to keep your info secure. You can see that the transmission is encrypted by software from the padlock symbol which appears next to our URL in your browser. The information is not forwarded or saved by A Muffin in the Oven and is not stored on our server.

I am unable to finalise and/or pay for my order: what should I do?

Don’t worry! If you are having troubles finalising your order, Contact Us right away. If you reach us outside our working hours, we will be sure to get back to you on the next working day!

Do you offer a customer loyalty program?

We do not have a points system or loyalty rewards system at this time, however, we are working on it!

If you are signed up to our system we will send you exclusive offers throughout the year and when our system is live, we will let you know about the new loyalty offers!

How do I use my gift card?

Your Gift Card will arrive via email as an E-Gift. Each email has a code. You can apply this code in your shopping bag.

You will be able to see the gift card amount debit from your order total.

How do I check my Gift Card balance?

You can check your Gift Card by logging into your account and viewing the page on the left hand side bar, My Gift Cards.

This page will display your Gift Card’s value, what you’ve spent already and its remaining balance.

You can also click on Gifts & Gift Cards to check a gift card balance.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your card will be charged immediately upon completing your order on our secure checkout page.

Will you charge Sales Tax on my order?

Yes, your order will be subject to sales tax in accordance with the law of your state or country.

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver throughout the United States of America and Europe.

What are the estimated shipping delivery times?

The estimated delivery date will be shown at your order checkout and on your confirmation email.

We commit to respect the estimated given times, however delivery times might slightly vary during very busy periods (including sales).

What are the costs of delivery?

Delivery costs vary according to the shipping speed you select at checkout, if there are any shipping promotions going on at the time of purchase, and based on the weight of your order and where this is being dispatched to. The shipping cost will be displayed on the checkout page, for your convenience, prior to placing your order.

What happens if there is nobody to take delivery of the parcel?

In the event that you are not available during an attempted delivery, the courier will leave a delivery note in your mailbox or on your door. Delivery will be attempted again the next working day.

Is it possible to track the shipment of my order?

Yes, of course! After you’ve logged into My Account, mouse over to the left side bar and click on the page, My Orders. On this page, you can track the state of your order at any moment by clicking on the ‘Track Order’ button.

We also send tracking numbers via email the moment your order is shipped out.

Do you ship internationally?

We do accept international orders but we have found shipping internationally to be cost-prohibitive and at times unreliable, and we want you to always have the very best experience. Please check out our international stockists to see if there are better solutions before ordering.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return an item?

Yes, you have 30 days to return any item you bought from our website. In order for us to accept your returned product, this needs to be sent back to us unworn, clean, intact and complete in all its parts (tags still attached).

How can I return my order?

We hope you love our items, but in the case you need to process a return or exchange, you can do so easily. Click here to learn how!

Do I have to pay for return costs?

Yes, customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return of items for a refund.

How long do I have to return an item?

You must return the item to us as soon as possible and within a maximum of 30 days from delivery.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will notify you as to whether your item, as returned, qualifies for a refund based on our refund policy. If approved, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days, however, please allow up to 3 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your original form of payment. If you are returning a gift or you paid with a Gift card, you will receive an eGift Card via email with the credited amount.

Can I return an item for an exchange instead of a refund?

Yes, we are happy to help you with any exchanges you might need. To exchange an item, you simply need to log into your account and initiate an exchange. The full process is described on our returns and exchanges page.

How do I use my coupon code?

If you have a coupon or promo code, you can enter this code at checkout. You will be able to see the discount on your item immediately.

Are there any restrictions for promotions?

All promotions are available for limited time during indicated dates. Other more specific restrictions apply to each individual promotion.

Packaging information

How is my order packed?

All orders will feature our standard packaging: Your order will be placed in a box that protects your products. Each product will be packed in a recyclable poly bag or tissue paper for added safety.

As we try to be as environmentally friendly as possible, we will send you a digital packing list with your order details as well as digital receipt.

Please note, in the unlikely event of a return, you will need the original e-commerce box your order arrived in, to return the merchandise to us.

We kindly remind you to recycle any packaging after you’ve opened your order.

Do you offer Gift Wrapping?

Yes, we do offer gift wrapping. Be sure to select the option for gift wrapping at check out!

This option will also enable a gift receipt.
