If you do not have an account with us you will need to create one to return or exchange an order.
Note: Please use the same email address to create your account that you used to order the item you now want to return.
On your account page there is a sidebar on the left, where you can click on your orders to initiate a return or exchange.
You will be asked why you want to make this return or exchange and what shipping method you prefer to use.
Our team will process your request within 24-48 hours and email you with a printed return slip you will need to include in the package with your return. You can then choose a reliable shipping courier of your choice to return the package.
If you chose for us to schedule a courier pick up of your package, the email you receive will also include the shipping label.
Our store policy allows returns & exchanges for up to 30 days from day you receive your order.

In the case you need to process a return or exchange, we want you to know that we will do everything in our power within the scope of our return policy to make sure you have an amazing experience at A Muffin in the Oven. Generally, returns and exchanges are subject to the terms and conditions set forth below. We will make every attempt to resolve any issue you may have with any item purchased online and we will accept returns or exchanges of new, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items with all original garment tags and hang-tags and with the original sales receipt subject to the terms and conditions set forth below. Unfortunately, for hygienic reasons, undergarments and swimwear are not returnable or exchangeable. We also reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise if the merchandise is (a) used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged, (b) without all original garment tags and hang-tags, or (c) without the original sales receipt or has an order number are not eligible for exchange or return or that is outside of our return policy time frame.
Return or Exchange Period: Only exchanges or returns made within thirty (30) days of delivery (“Return or Exchange Period”) will be honored and no returns or exchanges will be permitted after the Return or Exchange Period has expired.
You can initiate a return or exchange easily by logging into your account. If you checked out as a guest and you need to create an account, be sure to use the same email address you used at checkout. We kindly remind you that customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return of items for a refund. Qualifying refunds will be made in the form of your original payment and returns for items purchased using a gift card will be made in the form of store credit, e-gift card only. Items that are (a) used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged, (b) without all original garment tags and hang tags, or (c) without the original sales receipt or order number are not eligible return or refund of any kind. Once we receive your returned item(s), we will notify you as to whether your item, as returned, qualifies for a refund based on our refund policy. If approved, we will quickly process your refund within 3-5 business days, but we kindly note that you must please allow 2-3 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your form of payment.
